​Our communications will start over email in order to share detailed quote information, have a record of your date and timeline, and finalize your booking. If necessary, we will arrange a follow up call to further discuss details as your event gets closer.

  • What is required to secure my date? Is there a deposit?
    In order to hold your wedding date, we require a submitted bridal agreement as well as a non-refundable/transferable retainer of $400. This deposit can be remitted via credit/debit on our secured client portal and goes toward your services on your wedding date. All dates are first come, first serve.
  • Can I book a trial run prior to booking my wedding day?
    Unfortunately, due to high demand we do not offer trial runs to brides who are not already booked with us. Our booked clients get first priority to trial/bridal preview sessions.
  • Do you have a service minimum?
    Yes. Any date landing on a Friday or Saturday during peak season (April-October) must meet $1,000 minimum in services.
  • Should I wait to book hair and makeup services until I know my final bridesmaids/party members headcount?
    No, it's not recommended to wait until you have a final headcount to secure your date as availability is first come, first serve. However, we recommend securing yourself first then adding services on later. You have up to 90 days prior to your wedding to add on additional members to your hair and makeup headcount.
  • How many hair and makeup artists can I book for my event?
    We provide the necessary amount of artists for your event based on the amount of individuals you request in your inquiry. If you are looking to have an entire bridal party serviced for hair and makeup on your wedding day, please include the exact number of individuals when you complete our inquiry form (with some flexibility given if your wedding date is several months out.) Prior to your wedding day, we will arrange for plenty of artists to be present to accommodate for all of the luxury bridal services needing to be performed.
  • How long does each service take on my wedding day?
    We allocate 1.5 hours for brides per hair or makeup services. 50 minutes per party member, per service.
  • Will I be your only client on the day of my wedding?
    We are proud to service many brides and bridal parties in the Chicagoland area throughout the year. However, we carefully staff our wedding day events to ensure that each of our clients receives our complete attention on their special day. While we might have multiple events in one day, we never compromise on your service and work around our agreed upon timeline in order to be there for you during the designated times before and during your event.
  • How far do you travel and what are travel costs?
    Any location over 1.5 hours one way from an artists' residence will require overnight accommodations/lodging at the clients expense.   • Is gratuity added into the cost?
    No. Gratuity is always appreciated but never expected.
  • My venue requires that all vendors have insurance. Is your company insured?
    Yes. We can provide proof of liability insurance for venues requiring vendor insurance coverage.
  • What kind of makeup and hair products do you use?
    We are a luxury based team. We use Bobbi Brown, MAC, Estee Lauder, Nars, Chanel, YSL, Tom Ford, Charlotte Tilbury, Makeup Forever, Natasha Denona, Temptu Airbrush, Kenra, Kevin.Murphy. Redken, Sexy Hair, Design.Me, and so many other high end brands!
  • Will my makeup last all day, even if I cry?
    Girl, we wouldn’t be doing our job correctly if some happy tears made your mascara run. We will absolutely ensure that your makeup will not only look flawless, but will be applied and set with long-lasting effects. Take comfort in knowing that you can enjoy your day, tears, dancing, smooching and all with our expert makeup application.
  • Can I bring my own hair and makeup products for you to use?
    We understand that you may have specific products that you enjoy using or that are preferred for your skin type, tone, etc. Outside of any specific allergies, we kindly ask that you allow us to work with our preferred products to ensure the best, most long-lasting results for your completed look. As professionals in the industry, we have tried and tested many different products to determine if they are suitable for big events that include potential crying, dancing, sweating, kissing, etc. Rest assured that we have done our research and bring to your styling appointment only the best, most trusted products.
  • Are your products and equipment clean / sanitary?
    We take cleanliness and sanitation of our products and equipment very seriously. Prior to working with you, all of our artists have meticulously cleaned and sanitized their brushes and tools to protect you from any potential cross contamination. Your health and safety is very important to us!
  • Where do I go for my trial and day of services?
    Trials are done in our studio in downtown Arlington Heights, IL. until mid July 2024. After which, we will be hosting trials in our studio located in Kildeer, IL. On your wedding day we will travel to your getting ready location equipped with everything needed to service you including extension cords, extra lighting, etc.
